I was so excited to be a part of Influenster's Maybelline Vox Box! I was sent 2 Vivid Matte Liquid Lipsticks. One was #10 Nude Flush and one was #35 Rebel Red. Both are gorgeous colors and wear well. Nude Flush was my favorite however they both went on so smooth and the staying power was great.

Calvin Klein #REVEALMORE

So Influenster sent me a sample of Calvin Klein's Reveal cologne to try out. I was super excited to get this, I ripped it open as soon as I got it out of the mailbox and made my hubby put it on.

It took me a minute to realize that the sexy hunk in the ad was the one and only "Jax" from Sons of Anarchy. Oh my goodness!

It definitely smells VERY good and I would recommend for anyone that likes a nice, manly, and woodsy scent. I didn't think it was over powering at all and I did not feel it had real lasting power. So for an $80 cologne that is a little disappointing.

As per the law I am required to tell you... "I received these products complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes."

Boots No 7 Protect and Perfect Serum Review

I was pretty stoked when I got a sample size of Boots No 7 Perfetc and Protect Serum from Influenster. After reading the reviews on Amazon and hearing about it on TV, I decided to buy a full size. I can see why Target can never keep it in stock. It is wonderful and I could see a difference in just a few days and it continues to get better. Im so glad Influenster sent me the complimentary sample in the Frosty VoxBox. I will continue to use the Boots products!

The Frosty VoxBox was sent to me complimentary by Influenster for review and always my opinions are my yown and 100% honest.

Candy Cane Lane Tea Tasting

Recently an Influenster box was sent to me complimentary. Inside was an amazing holiday flavored tea....Celestial Seasonings Candy Cane Lane. I was pretty excited since I already own a box of this tea and it is amazing! So today while I am hanging out at work, I fixed me a cup.
I love how subtle the candy cane flavor is. I did sweeten it with a little bit of honey and a packet of splenda. I LOVE IT SWEET! Now the taste test......

Thank you so much for sending me this #FrostyVoxBox!

#FrostyVoxBox

I was one of the lucky ones to receive a VoxBox from Influenster complimentary of course!

I was super excited about the Rimmel products-have to say that was the most exciting thing in this box! I have never used the eyeliner or the makeup remover. I will give a full review once I test them a few times.

However I liked the Celestial Seasonings Candy Cane tea. I already had a box of this at home so I am very familiar with it. I usually drink it with one Splenda and some honey. Perfect for calming down right before bed.

The Fruit Vines are delicious and I will definitely get more of those!

I am excited to try the EcoTools hairbrush. It it very soft and seems like it will be healthy for my hair. I will update you on this at a later date.

The McCormick thyme seasoning will come in very handy for one of my favorite recipes. I will post the recipe in the next couple of days.

The NYC Expert Color Last lip color was a very welcome sight! I love NYC products as they are very good products and very affordable!

And last but not least was a very small foil packet of  Boots No. 7 serum. I would have liked to have a bit more product to test. I really do not think I will be able to get but maybe 2 uses. 2 times is not really enough to make a recommendation.

Overall I am very impressed with my #frostyvoxbox! Thank you so much to Influenster for sending me this box complimentary for review purposes. It in no way altered my view on any of the products, my opinion is 100% mine!

File Storage Makeover

I absolutely hate paper clutter and I refuse to let it pile up on my counters, kitchen table, etc., at all costs it will go somewhere. So over the weekend (actually about 30 mins on Friday afternoon) I gathered my supplies....

-Scissors
-Spray Adhesive
-Fabric (I used left overs from making pillows for my LR)
-Plastic File Holder (Wall Mount)

I have had some plastic file holders for a VERY long time and I have just been to lazy busy to do something with them. This took me all of 10 minutes from start to finish. And forgive me as I did not take pictures of the actual process but trust me it is very easy.

Cut your fabric down to desired length and width, I did about an inch bigger than the file holder. I sprayed the outside and smoothed the fabric out so it would not have bubbles. Then the overhang on top was just folded over. I flipped it over and did the same thing with the back, SUPER easy.

Finished..... TADA!

I already had some cute file folders that I got on clearance at Wal-Mart, probably 2 years ago. I just labeled them and stuck them in my new fancy schmancy wall mount file holder. THEN I had an AHH-HHAAAA moment! Since I pick up the mail when I come home, and I come in through the kitchen I had to have it somewhere in the kitchen. SO even though it is super flippin cute I still did not want to hang it on the wall for everyone to see. So I stuck it on the inside door of our pantry and now when we come in anything that needs to be filed can be stuck right in the correct spot. No more stuffing mail, papers, receipts, etc. in every drawer in the kitchen!
